I am proud to be a Registered Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist. I started my yoga journey in 2003 receiving my RYT-200 from Lotus Yoga Teachers Association under the direction of Shirley Walters, one of the founding directors of the Himalayan Institute in the US. I have also had the opportunity to study with many world renown teachers throughout the years.
When I discovered Tiffany Cruikshank, founder of Yoga Medicine™️,
I was excited that I had found a unique intelligent group of teachers to learn along side of. I completed the YM 500-HR and I am close to my 1000-HR. Yoga Medicine™️ Teachers are carefully educated in a fusion of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, interweaving them with the traditional practice of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. With this training, I have developed a deeper intellectual connection to the body, muscles, fascia, the mind and nervous system. I use a theraputic approach to yoga to help my clients with their specific needs. I will meet you where you are at from beginner to advanced. I am trained in the spine, hips, shoulders, fascia, sleep, stress or mental health, and pranayama.

I have been a plant-based “foodie” for about 23 years now. I love cooking and experimenting with healthy recipes. I became a certified Nutritionist because I have always believed that eating the right foods is the secret ingredient to health & longevity. Food is medicine! Changes in your diet and lifestyle can treat and even reverse the progression of many of the most common chronic diseases as well as prevent them. Eating a primarily plant-based diet or Mediterranean Diet that is naturally low in fat and refined carbohydrates can be life changing. Also, reducing stress, adding moderate exercise, and social support are the keys to living your longest, healthiest, happiest life. I will review your needs, lifestyle and food habits, discuss any medical concerns, your exercise, stressors and sleep patterns and together we will assess your goals, objectives and readiness. I will work with you to develop a meal plan that will suit your dietary preferences and cooking habits in an easy and healthier way.
And of course share some of my favorite recipes!
With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a yoga and/or nutrition plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals and feel better from the inside out! I truly believe that if you practice these healthy habits you will be able to obtain and maintain an enriched and healthy life.

I have been doing yoga with Christine for 2 years and have shown tremendous progress in my practice. Christine has helped me overcome several physical injuries including neck & back injuries as a result of her direction. Furthermore, I had the Nutrition Consultations with Christine. Not only was I able to lose a little weight, but I noticed a drastic change in my energy levels. My bloodwork even improved.
